USN was established to support nation-building infrastructure development at the direction of the Tribal Nations, including:

• legal mediation to gather consensus of propositions and conflict resolutions
• financial and engineering resources for broadband deployment
• healthcare system enhancement and modernization (particularly telehealth resources and alternate insurance systems)
• renewable energy development
• water / wastewater systems
• and sustainable economic development

Clearly these efforts are often intertwined and are best accomplished with a comprehensive strategy to meet the unique needs of each community.
